At www.zagrosindia.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key, therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. So If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.

  • Wrong Size,
  • Wrong Quantity,
  • Defective,
  • Damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given

Then no need to worry, Zagrosindia.com offers a 5 day return guarantee for all such items. However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and we do not accept any return.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product,

  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, then please write a mail to us at info@zagrosindia.com with the images or pictures of the items that you have received, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchange of product is allowed only once after a purchase

Exchanges

Due to change of mind or If the customer finds that the ordered product description is not fitting his/her needs and the customer wants to exchange that product with any of the other product then the customer has to arrange the return shipping themselves and the customer himself has to bear the return shipping charges and re-shipping charges which has to be paid in advance

 

Refunds
